Clinical Specialty Representative - South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, Montana

Responsible for promoting Mayo Clinic's core values and supporting community-based health care and integrated delivery systems through the sale of Mayo Medical Laboratories (MCL) tests. In alignment with the MCL sales process and the clients they are assigned to work with in collaborative selling.Accountable for generating new business revenue and co-developing with our clients their specific account and/or test selling and promotional strategies.In collaboration with the CSR Director, Regional Director of Sales, Regional Managers and their clients, project annual sales growth, market dynamics and economic conditions. Co-develop and implement business plans for territory/accounts with the CSR Director, Regional Director of Sales, Regional Managers and their clients.Effectively sell and compel buying influences to move testing to Mayo and their clients by differentiating from competing interests. Coordinate appropriate resources, develop presentations and participate in the bid process for new and upsell opportunities.In collaboration with Product Managers and the CSR Director, Regional Director of Sales, Regional Managers identify specific tests or groups of tests that are differentiated in the market and pursue upsells to targeted clients. Keeping abreast of regulatory issues, reimbursement issues, and service requirements.Sales experience in Hematology/Oncology or Pathology is preferred.License or Certification: Valid driver's license and a good driving record are required, along with the ability to travel extensively on all forms of major public transportation.FACHE certification preferred.Candidate must live within the listed territory to be considered for this position; relocation is not offered for this role.
