What You’ll Do: • Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage • Provide hands-on ADL support when needed • Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards • Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP) • Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly • Support onboarding and mentor new team members • Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions You are both a working caregiver and a frontline leader modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service. The webpage must maintain up to date information and explain the background screening process through the clearinghouse, Level 2 screening requirements, fingerprinting procedures, and include a searchable job catalog, disqualifying offenses, exemption steps, and a downloadable checklist with timelines and details of the process.
