Room Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Key Responsibilities: Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and supply carts Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to support the overall cleanliness of the property Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy items Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays We foster a positive and inclusive work environment where growth and development are encouraged.
