Weekly Pay $1696 - $1896 Shift Shift 10 Hour Day Shifts Per Week 4 Scheduled Hours 40 Start Date 09/07/2026 End Date 12/07/2026 Duration 13 Week(s) Job Description Schedule Full-Time, Monday through Friday; 7 am - 5:30 pm with weekend call rotation from 7 am Friday through 7 am Monday. Job Description The Surgical Technician position prepares the operating room, including setting up the sterile field and surgical equipment, supplies, and solutions. During surgery, this role passes instruments, fluids, and supplies to the surgeon and manages surgical equipment, the sterile field, and specimens. Responsibilities Maintain a clean and sterile surgical environment. Provide appropriate instrumentation and equipment to the surgeon, and assist during procedures. Prepare the operating room for surgery. Keep records of steam sterilizer use. Perform initial instrument, sharps, and sponge counts with the circulator. Organize suture carts and monitor expiration dates. Turn over rooms between cases. Assist team members with gowning and gloving. Assist with patient positioning pre-operatively and transport patients from cart to bed and back. Stock adequate supplies for surgery. Perform other duties as requested. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Certified Surgical Technologist certification preferred. 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
