Operations Manager-Manufacturing

$30 - $35 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Production Team Leader for our client in Manassas, Virginia to lead daily operations for upward of 20 contractors, drive productivity, and ensure optimal workforce performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Range: $30.00hr - $35.00hr
Schedule: Must be flexible to work varying shifts to include some evenings & weekends.
Bachelor's degree w/ 3–5 years of production supervision experience OR 7+ years of combined education and relevant experience to be considered.

Monitor workforce capacity and productivity to meet targets and operational goals
Adjust staffing levels to align with workflow demands and production requirements
Coordinate daily operations and ensure work cells are appropriately staffed & modeled.
Supervise employee assignments, performance, and attendance
Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action as needed
Partner with recruiting teams to fulfill staffing needs
Serve as point of contact for customer workforce-related concerns
