Position: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Location: Burlington County, Gloucester & Camden Counties, NJ Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience) Available Shifts 4:00pm-8:00pm Saturday - Sunday

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

What You'll Do Providing personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility) Preparing simple, nutritious meals in accordance with patient care plans Maintaining a safe and clean home environment Accurately documenting care using CellTrak Collaborating with RN Case Managers to monitor and report changes in patient conditions What You'll Need Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English Physical capacity to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Burlington County Why Choose Grace Healthcare Services We know that exceptional care starts with a team that's supported, appreciated, and inspired.
