As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Philip Health Services, you will embark on a daily journey of compassion and care. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity. You will monitor vital signs, report changes in patients’ conditions, and help with mobility exercises. Effective communication with both patients and healthcare team members will be essential, as you will document care provided and assist with routine clinical tasks.

Engaging with patients through friendly conversation and emotional support will also be part of your role, fostering a nurturing environment. With your dedication and attention to detail, you'll help create a positive healthcare experience for each individual.

To thrive as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Philip Health Services, you will need a balance of clinical and soft skills. Proficiency in clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), practicing infection control, and providing mobility assistance is essential for maintaining patient well-being.
