Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) / Private Practice Dental Group Multiple New Jersey Locations (Direct Hire)

Radius Staffing Solutions is partnering with an established multi-location dental group to fill Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) seats in the Florence, NJ area. These are direct hire, permanent placement roles, W-2 with the practice, not contract or temp. The group treats patients of all ages in a steady, team-oriented setting and is open to either full-time or part-time hygienists depending on what fits your life. Flexibility on schedule is real, not a recruiting line.

In this role, you will:

• Take and interpret dental radiographs to support diagnosis
• Perform prophylaxis, scaling, and polishing across a general adult and pediatric patient base
• Complete scaling and root planing (SRP) for active periodontal cases
• Assess oral health and educate patients on home care and recommended treatment
• Work side by side with the treating dentist to build and refine patient treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the practice management system

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Active New Jersey Dental Hygiene license (RDH)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Comfortable with digital radiography and standard hygiene protocols
• Group or corporate practice experience preferred, not required
• Denticon experience is a plus
• Patient-first communication style and a steady chairside pace
