Litigation Paralegal

The firm is expanding and seeking experienced Litigation Paralegals to join a growing team supporting sophisticated litigation matters. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who value substantive legal work client relations and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment. Responsibilities Conduct discovery management including drafting responding to discovery requests subpoenas and compiling organizing coding and indexing documents with accuracy and efficiency Draft legal documents including motions affidavits and related litigation materials while researching and analyzing statutes regulations and legal sources to provide written analysis to attorneys Prepare organize store and retrieve case files including evidence exhibits depositions pleadings and other items while maintaining case management spreadsheets and delegating to department assistants as needed Support attorneys with trial preparation by attending trials hearings depositions and mediations while coordinating trial and arbitration logistics and maintaining paper and electronic case files Qualifications Paralegal Certificate or Degree required or 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience In-depth knowledge of Florida and U.S. District Court laws court procedures and electronic discovery with experience in all stages of litigation including intake discovery and trial (bankruptcy experience a plus) Strong organizational communication and time management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite e-discovery databases litigation support software court and administrative agency filings and electronic e-filing systems required with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Join Us This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal seeking litigation exposure, mentorship and long-term stability.
