Staff Accountant

This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. You’ll help maintain clean financials, support internal controls, and contribute to the company’s overall financial health. Responsibilities General Ledger & Month‑End Close Prepare and post journal entries Reconcile balance sheet accounts (bank, credit cards, accruals, prepaid, fixed assets) Assist with financial reporting and analysis for leadership Support sales tax filings and other administrative reporting Help document and improve accounting procedures Operational Accounting Support Assist with A/P and A/R processing as needed Review coding, support approvals, and ensure accurate posting Monitor aging schedules and support follow‑up communications Maintain accurate vendor and customer records Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 1–3+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger and reconciliations Proficiency with accounting software and Excel High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr B.J.
