Step into your future today!Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing automotive sales teamCoach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance. Provide ongoing training and supportSet sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotasAssist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responsesExplain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customersDescribe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchaseEnsure that customers receive exceptional service. Address customer issues as they arise and resolve them in a timely mannerLearn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the salesOversee the management of vehicle inventory, including ordering, pricing, and display.
