This role is responsible for building relationships, identifying customer needs, recommending maintenance and repair services, and ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle write-up through delivery. Successful candidates thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and are passionate about customer satisfaction, sales performance, and long-term customer retention.
