Production Line Lead - All Shifts

Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day operations across the filling and packaging line. Lead production employees to meet shift goals with consistency and quality. Train team members on SOPs, work instructions, good housekeeping, and safety protocols. Track scrap with precision and ensure proper disposal. Record production documentation and finished goods in SAP. Perform ongoing quality checks, including appearance, torque, and weight. Coordinate closely with cross‑functional departments on projects and changeovers. Investigate failures or deviations and help uncover root causes. Maintain a clean, compliant, and safe line. Promote safety and lead by example in adherence to OSHA, GMP, and company policies. Requirements High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred. At least 2 years of manufacturing or production experience, OR 2 years of supervisory experience. Familiarity with FDA cGMPs, OSHA safety, SOPs, SAP, and HMI systems. Ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet tight deadlines. Can lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Can stand, walk, bend, reach, push/pull for extended periods. Comfortable working in a climate‑controlled environment with moderate noise. Experience operating motorized equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.). Standard PPE required (hairnet, safety glasses, lab coat, etc.).
