Academic Physician Endocrinology

Position West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Medicine seek an Endocrinologist qualified for appointment at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor rank. The successful candidate will practice in Morgantown, WV and/or Fairmont, WV. Responsibilities Provide patient care in endocrinology. Actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Participate in clinical and translational research. Maintain an outstanding, externally sponsored research program (for Associate Professor or Professor rank). Qualifications MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligibility to obtain a state medical license. Board certified or eligible in internal medicine. Completed a residency in internal medicine and an endocrinology fellowship by the time of appointment. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
