ABOUT THE ROLE As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key elements of hyperscale data center delivery, with a particular focus on white space fit‑out works and coordinated construction activities across multiple trades and stakeholders. You will act as a central point of coordination across site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives, ensuring that project activities are aligned with schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations. Working in a highly dynamic environment, you will help drive forward critical project milestones, identify and mitigate risks early, and support the successful delivery of complex mission critical infrastructure. RESPONSIBILITIES Managing day‑to‑day coordination of construction activities across active project sites Reviewing contractor progress, schedules, and reporting to ensure alignment with key milestones Supporting the administration of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinating procurement activities and tracking material and equipment deliveries Monitoring project budgets, cost reporting, and commercial performance Liaising with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and issue resolution Identifying risks and supporting proactive solutions to maintain project delivery momentum Supporting field operations and ensuring quality control across all phases of work This role offers the opportunity to be part of high‑profile hyperscale data center developments, contributing directly to the delivery of critical digital infrastructure in a rapidly expanding sector. ABOUT THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will be an experienced construction professional with a strong background in delivering complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders across fast‑paced environments. Candidates from commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, interiors, renovation, or large‑scale construction backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly those looking to transition into the mission critical and data center sector. QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of construction project experience within commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, or related sectors REQUIRED SKILLS Strong coordination and project management capabilities across multiple workstreams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and site‑based project delivery A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with strong problem‑solving ability Confidence working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure project environments PREFERRED SKILLS Exposure to large‑scale infrastructure, retrofit, or complex live environment projects Any experience within data center, mission critical, or high‑tech construction environments Familiarity with commissioning, MEP coordination, or white space fit‑out activities OSHA 10 or equivalent site safety certification This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced construction professional to make the move into one of the fastest‑growing sectors in US construction.
