Reporting Analyst
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for integrating data, develop, maintain and improve operational report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and provide analysis as required.
What You'll Do
- Maintain reporting databases and perform updates as necessary
- Develop and examine data to locate and resolve anomalies
- Collect and analyse data for reports
- Create effective business reports that provide insight
- Support the wider business through relevant analysis and reporting
- Develop creative solutions to complexities in the analysis.
- Establish and enforce best practices for Power BI development and governance
- Evaluate existing dashboards and recommendations for redesigns is needed
- Prepare clear written communications, briefs and technical documents
What You'll Bring
- Proven proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation and administration
- Strong knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
- Proficiency with Power Apps
- Experience in ServiceNow
- AWS, Snowflake or other modern data architecture knowledge
- Background in Microsoft Fabric is nice to have
- Strong analytical, and written and verbal communication skills
