Senior Decision Scientist

Position Responsibilities:Focuses on advanced analytics, experimentation, and decision modeling to guide business strategyTranslates complex business questions into analytical frameworks and delivers insights that improve forecasting, pricing, marketing effectiveness, and operational performanceDevelops advanced analytics and predictive models to support business decisionsDesigns/runs experiments and A/B tests and performs statistical analysis, causal inference, and forecastingCommunicates insights clearly to business stakeholdersCollaborates with applied AI and data engineering teams to integrate analytics into operational systemsTravel up to 25%.Other projects or duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in analytics, statistics, economics, or data science or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 to 9 plus years of experience in analytics, statistics, economics, or data scienceProficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical toolsWork experience in AI, Machine Learning NLP, including new and emerging technologies in Machine Learning/Deep LearningExperience with machine learning/AI via frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow Caffe etc.Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure ML Cloud ServicesPreferred Education and Experience:Master’s Degree Experience in consumer-packaged goods or supply chainBenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
