Distributor Principal- Spine Sales

We are seeking an experienced Medical Device Distributor Principal to lead and grow our spine business throughout the Hawaiian Island market. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing spine sales professional with a proven track record of driving revenue, developing customer relationships, and leading successful teams. As the Distributor Principal , you will be responsible for managing and expanding the market while representing Orthofix's comprehensive portfolio of spine hardware, biologics and 7D Navigation. You will work closely with surgeons, hospitals, and clinical staff to deliver exceptional customer support while mentoring and building the local sales team. Responsibilities Lead and develop the Hawaii spine sales territory. Drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with spine surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare providers. Represent the full Orthofix spine hardware, biologics portfolio and 7D navigation with clinical expertise and professionalism. Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to territory sales representatives and clinical personnel. Coordinate operating room case coverage and ensure exceptional customer service. Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic territory growth plans. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve territory objectives and exceed sales goals. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of successful spine sales experience required. Demonstrated success managing surgeon relationships and growing a spine sales territory. Leadership experience or the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team. Strong clinical knowledge of spine procedures, implants, and biologics. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Ability to live and travel throughout the Hawaiian Islands' markets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
