When responsibility calls, you're ready to lead.These are the qualifications that matter.Graduate of an accredited LPN programCurrent, unrestricted Arkansas LPN licenseExperience in substance use treatment, behavioral health, detox, mental health, or medical-surgical nursing is preferredStrong communication, documentation, and organizational skillsProficiency with EMR systems and patient care documentationAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environmentJob Duties:Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribedMonitor client health, withdrawal symptoms, and medication responsesConduct health assessments, vital signs, drug screenings, and clinical documentationMaintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support treatment plansEnsure medication inventory, storage, and administration complianceProvide crisis intervention support and assist with client care coordinationUphold HIPAA, safety, and regulatory standards at all timesWhy This Job?
