Key Responsibilities Facilitates discussions with business users to understand and translate business requirements into analytical reporting solutions that deliver measurable value to the organization. Guides the analytics and insights in the development of marketing materials and provides guidance on the strategic and go-to market tactical plans Creates informative dashboards to communicate insights to operational teams and senior leaders. Supports development of analytical insights by delivering in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to address business problems. Reviews data analyses developed through a variety of sources and large data sets. Ensures a common framework and process for generating relevant competitive intelligence. Compensation Overview New Brunswick - NJ - US: $95,970 - $116,287 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Summer hours are generally not available for field sales and manufacturing operations and may also be limited for the capability centers.
