What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and operations teams. Your responsibilities will include: Provide technical support and solutions to designated products lines Prepare pricing and delivery quotations Process incoming orders Make changes to customer orders as required Respond to customer concerns Process RGA's and credit memos Communicate effectively verbally, and in writing Coordinate with several areas of the business seeking to find a mutually beneficial solution What You'll Need: Experience: 35 years in high-volume Customer Service role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and responsive approach to support. Familiarity with document management systems and basic reporting techniques. Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
