We are excited to offer a full-time front desk position for our Endodontic specialty practice. Currently, we have 2 doctors practicing with 6 staff, our most senior staff have have maintained their permanent position with the practice for over 8 years and it is our goal to do the same with any new coming team members. The practice culture speaks for itself. Our goal is to perform the best quality patient experience for root canal procedures that have a bad reputation in the past. Fox Creek Endodontics is fee-for-service dental practice and has been established in the Conroe community for over 40 years. Common procedures performed in our office include: Root canal therapy, Root Canal Retreatment, Root Canal Surgery, Oral and IV sedation for severely anxious patients. **The most important thing we are looking for is a hard-working professional with a great attitude and is a motivated self-starter** - He/she must be willing to cross train for front and have excellent customer services skills, phone manners, bedside manners; as well as be able to communicate with patients throughout procedures to make sure they are comfortable and calm throughout their visit. Although some experience in dental assisting or administrative duties for endodontic procedures is desired but not required. Benefits of the position include: 2 weeks of PTO annually for the 1st 3 years and increases to 4 weeks of PTO after the 4th year of service. We also offer retirement benefits through a 401K plan and have a small business health insurance program with different options for the prospective employee to choose from (if they wish to obtain health insurance through the practice). Our office hours are Mon-Fr 8am-5pm.
