Private Equity Analyst‑Associate Program The Private Equity Full‑time Analyst‑Associate program is a three‑year commitment with potential for a fourth year. During the first two years participants serve as Analysts, followed by one to two years as Associates. The program begins in July2027 and includes an extensive, multi‑week training program designed to introduce Bain Capital’s value‑added investment approach. All Analysts start their careers in the Boston office. Responsibilities Evaluate investment opportunities through fundamental strategic analysis and traditional financial modeling. Analyse portfolio company issues such as potential add‑on investments, liquidity options, and operational improvement initiatives. Develop skills as a value‑added investor, gaining exposure to a broad range of industries and investment types. Qualifications Excellent academic track record. Strong quantitative abilities. Leadership and effective communication skills. Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program. Compensation and Benefits Expected annual base salary: $110,000. Additional compensation and benefits include comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, a 401(k) program, relocation assistance, and an annual discretionary bonus.
