Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed - Mobile Response in Mesa, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven culture. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWed06:00 AM - 02:00 PMThur06:00 AM - 02:00 PMFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, employee, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures. Report observed hazards, suspicious activity, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel, and complete accurate incident and activity reports. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
