Finance & Operations Associate

The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience working in a finance or operational role with exposure to bookkeeping, financial modeling, data analysis and/or accounting. You will play a vital role in assisting our team in growing our Investment Office and Venture Lab. The nature of your responsibilities will be to facilitate the internal finance operations of Endurance. Responsibilities Reporting and Recordkeeping: Responsible for maintaining and reporting all financial transactions, helping improve and enforce accounting principles and policies. Monitor and regularly update internal tax and financial records regarding portfolio transactions. Assist with managing investment funding inflows and outflows, monitor cash flows and liquidity, process payroll and update financial statements. Venture and Investment Operations: Assist fund investments/sales, monitor balance sheets, receivables, payables, insurance, taxes, vendors and service providers. Support entity formation, operations, banking, expense processing and record keeping. Be the rent-a-CFO at our lab companies. Other Administrative Tasks: As part of a small team, you will regularly be expected to assist other team members with office and admin-related requests, including partner support, culture building, vendor management, logistics, event planning, and office management.
