Role Overview The Service Manager oversees the Service department's success at a branch, supervising District Managers and ensuring customer satisfaction, team development, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of District Managers and Service Representatives, fostering a positive environment and ensuring adherence to policies. Ensure exceptional customer service through regular visits, problem-solving, and maintaining strong client relationships. Oversee all service operations, including new account installations, route organization, and safety compliance. Manage department costs, monitor competitive activity, and support growth initiatives like promotions and upselling. Ensure vehicle maintenance, safety standards, and departmental compliance with policies. Collaborate with other branches and support personnel as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in the textile service industry. Valid driver’s license with a clean record; strong leadership, customer service, communication, and time management skills.
