Business acumen, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently are essential. Bilingual candidates and those with construction industry knowledge are preferred. A HS Diploma/GED is required. Compensation & Benefits The position offers a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 plus incentive pay, with a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health insurance, 401(k), and stock purchase options.
