As a Production Associate, you will be cross-trained across multiple areas of the refurbishment and quality process, including:

• Receiving and documenting incoming equipment
• Performing factory resets on devices
• Running automated testing procedures
• Conducting Wi-Fi and functionality testing
• Performing temperature and quality validation tests
• Cleaning and inspecting products to meet quality standards
• Completing minor cosmetic repairs
• Performing in-process quality control checks
• Kitting and packaging products for customer orders
• Building pallets and preparing shipments
• Scanning and tracking inventory throughout the production process
• Following safety, quality, and operational procedures

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn multiple departments and responsibilities
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow detailed processes and quality standards

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, inspection, or logistics is a plus, but not required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
