We’re hiring a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) in Tempe, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home. In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics. Requirements A minimum of 3 years operational experience as a Community Manager in luxury multifamily setting Lead and develop onsite teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance across administrative and service functions. Demonstrate strong financial acumen through budget management, expense control, forecasting, and overall property financial performance. Oversee capital projects and property improvements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards. Monitor and analyze operational reporting, using key performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive property performance. Maintain strong knowledge of market pricing, competitive trends, and revenue strategies to support occupancy, retention, and financial goals. BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills and professional presence. Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable. A basic understanding of written and verbal English. In This Role You Will Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
