General Manager

Wingstop in Metairie is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant as the CEO of the store, driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence. You will build high-performing teams, set culture and performance standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while executing strategic initiatives for long-term growth.

You will own total restaurant performance, forecast sales, manage labor and food costs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
