Data Entry Specialist

This is an entry-level position that does not require prior experience, making it a perfect opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in data entry or administrative support. Key Responsibilities Enter and update data into databases and computer systems with a high degree of accuracy. Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system. Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency. Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic. Respond to data-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed. Generate and prepare reports based on data analysis. Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies and issues. Required Skills And Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related fields is a plus. Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or a similar role. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software. Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently. Experience Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field. Experience with online data entry and typing jobs is preferred. Familiarity with data management systems and software. Working Hours Part-time position with flexible working hours. Expected to work approximately 15-20 hours per week. Ability to set your own schedule within agreed-upon deadlines. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. Proficiency in time management and meeting deadlines.
