About the Role
We're hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Rochester, NY. This is a high-paying 3rd shift opportunity with uncapped overtime, offering strong earning potential and consistent hours.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
- Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders with accuracy
- Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory
- Organize and store products in designated locations
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory control
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Assist with general warehouse duties (labeling, wrapping, sorting, etc.)
What We're Looking For
- Previous forklift experience in a warehouse setting
- Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts
- Experience with shipping/receiving and order picking
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr.
