Staffing Coordinator

** Pay: ** $16.00–$18.00 per hour
** Schedule: ** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with lunch
** Overtime: ** Potential overtime available

HireQuest Direct is seeking a motivated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This is a fast-paced position that combines customer service, recruiting, scheduling, and day-to-day staffing operations.

Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
Match employees with available job assignments
Coordinate daily employee schedules and placements
Communicate with employees regarding assignments, schedules, and attendance
Work with clients to understand staffing needs
Help resolve employee and client issues quickly and professionally
Maintain accurate employee and staffing records
Assist with daily branch operations
Make recruiting calls and follow up with candidates
Help ensure all positions are properly staffed each day

Qualifications

Previous staffing, recruiting, customer service, or office experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients by phone and in person
Strong problem-solving skills
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Basic computer skills
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
