Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Previous experience in a school-based environment is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational professionals
• Ability to adapt interventions to a diverse student population

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans according to student IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
• Document progress, maintain records, and attend IEP meetings as needed
• Support students with a wide range of speech and language challenges, fostering skills that enhance academic and social success
