Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to help agents exceed their individual goals. Requirements Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. Documented track record of recruiting and mentoring successful sales teams. Expertise in developing business growth strategies and agency expansion. Strong public speaking and presentation skills for networking and recruitment. Deep understanding of the New Hampshire insurance market landscape. Leadership experience in an insurance or financial services brokerage environment.
