Job Summary Radiologic Technologist (RT) to provide expert radiologic services and to contribute to patient care excellence. This role includes front‑desk duties, patient interaction and equipment management. Sign‑on bonus up to $4,000 for new hires. General Duties Perform all required radiological and laboratory duties in accordance with license, and conduct front‑desk duties as assigned. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Work with all clinic staff to ensure coordinated efforts and high‑quality patient care, providing care in a timely manner. Perform all x‑ray views according to provider orders and clinical practice under state law, documenting patient records and processing specimens for reference labs. Support front‑desk duties: greeting patients, checking patients in/out, end‑of‑day close‑out procedures, patient interactions, lobby checks and records release. Maintain, calibrate and perform daily controls on lab/x‑ray equipment, inspect and report artifacts, operate equipment per policy and manufacturer guidelines, and complete semi‑annual X‑ray inspections. Maintain records and logs of activities, perform scheduled equipment audits, and ensure occupational client work forms and procedures are followed. Collaborate closely with Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator and all clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Follow all company policies related to infection control and hand hygiene. May be required to work alternate shifts and float to other clinic locations. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services. 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient‑care setting preferred. Registered Radiologic Technologist, ARRT certification required. State licensure may be required. BLS certification within 30 days of start required.
