Laundry Aide (part-time)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to join our team on a part-time basis in Henderson, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper handling of linens, uniforms, and other laundry items to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Responsibilities Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry items efficiently and accurately. Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and folding machines safely. Inspect laundry items for stains, damage, or wear and report any issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health standards. Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies as needed. Collaborate with other staff members to meet daily laundry needs and deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience in laundry services or a similar role preferred but not required. Ability to operate laundry equipment and follow safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lifting laundry loads. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
