About the Opportunity The Deburring Operator processes panels through a variety of processes, including high-pressure rinse, deburring, and hole-check in order to prepare panels for Plasma. What You'll Do: Reviews SOPs, work instructions and the Traveler to ensure compliance with specifications; verifies that prior process was properly completed and that quantities match; scans job into PROCIM Operates deburring machine, high-pressure rinse machine and hole check machine including starting and stopping Reviews Process Analysis Log and signs off before starting shift Deburrs rigid-flex panels by hand using sand-paper and scotch-brite Loads and unloads panels into the deburring and high-pressure rinse machines Uses the hole check machine to inspect holes for deformities or non-conformances and to verify hole quality Loads and unloads panels into the oven Performs regular routine maintenance and cleaning on the high-pressure rinse, deburring and hole check machines Perform other duties as required What You'll Bring: Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently Ability to read and interpret documents such as travelers, standard operating procedure, instructions and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the job Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated Must be able to remain focused with minor interruptions Must be able to work overtime as required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) 1 year of related experience in a chemical manufacturing environment (Preferred) Schedule: Monday through Friday 1st Shift (7:30am to 4:00pm) Overtime and Saturdays as required Job Type: Full-time, On-Site Only California Pay Range

$17—$19 USD

The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
