Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Phoenix, AZ (85004). In this role, you will:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions to restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and rehabilitation staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and preventative care
