ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2001 and currently lead a team of six. My State Farm career began while I was in college, working in agency management before moving into auto claims and eventually returning to agency leadership. I'm proud to have built my career with State Farm and to serve the Southeast Louisiana community where I was born and raised. In addition to serving customers throughout Louisiana, I'm also licensed in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi, allowing our agency to help individuals and families across all four states.

Giving back is an important part of our agency. We proudly support our local school district, the Second Harvest Food Bank, and a variety of local youth sports and dance programs. We believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

As a Customer Service Representative with Amy Falcon - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
