POSITION OVERVIEW

An IT Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting computer systems, networks, and IT equipment within an organization. They help ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations and provide technical assistance to employees or customers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Provide technical support to employees or customers via phone, email, remote access, or onsite
• Monitor system performance and ensure IT systems operate efficiently
• Set up and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
