Summary:Lead capital construction and facility improvement projects supporting GMP manufacturing, laboratories, warehouses, and office facilities. Act as the owner's representative, managing projects from planning through commissioning to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget execution. Coordinate architects, engineering firms, general contractors, validation teams, and internal stakeholders while maintaining compliance with GMP, regulatory, and quality standards. Support commissioning, qualification, project turnover, and regulatory inspections, with a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, sustainability, and continuous improvement. This individual will serve as the owner's representative, managing projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and project turnover while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has experience managing capital construction projects within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments and is comfortable coordinating multiple contractors, engineering firms, and internal stakeholders.
