Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license/certification in Pennsylvania
• Experience providing therapy and evaluation for K-12 students within school settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for diverse student needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement customized intervention plans aligned with students’ IEPs
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to decision-making for student services
• Provide resources, strategies, and training to teachers and families to encourage communication skill development
