Finance Ops & Compensation Analyst - Scale & Automate
Lit Financial, LLC.
LitFinancial is seeking a Finance Operations & Compensation Analyst to own compensation administration, reconciliation, and vendor financial operations as we scale. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take full ownership of commission processing for both our W-2 loan originators and our 1099 contractor platform, then help us automate and build the processes that will carry the company from hundreds to over a thousand loan originators. This is an in-office position based in Troy, MI. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lit Financial, LLC.
