Occupancy/Space Planner

Our client is a stable and growing professional services firm located in Manhattan looking for an Occupancy/Space planner for an expected 18month + assignment. Responsibilities Manage seating assignments through ticketing workflows, including visitor seating requests, employee desk moves, and assigned seat changes. Coordinate high-volume move activities by maintaining detailed move lists, confirming space availability, and partnering with internal teams to oversee execution. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of space and occupancy data within CAFM/IWMS platforms. Complete routine audits, data validation, and timely corrections to location assignments and attributes. Analyze utilization metrics, including badging and seat usage reports, to support data-driven space planning decisions. Develop and update CAD floorplans, perform test fits, and prepare space planning documentation Support strategic restacks and workplace reorganization initiatives through scenario planning and conceptual layouts aligned with long-term space strategies. Assist with space forecasting and occupancy trend analysis to help stakeholders proactively plan for future workplace needs. Qualifications 6+ years of space planning experience Experience working on projects in an large office setting Proficient with CAD/CAFM systems The salary range for this role is $120,000-$160,000, commensurate with experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Search
