Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Ideal candidates bring expertise in one or more of the following: SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, pediatric or healthcare speech-language pathology, school-based or teletherapy SLP, or work as an SLPA in healthcare or schools. Experience with early intervention and a passion for working with young children are highly valued.

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC or eligible CFY candidates)
• Experience with pediatric populations (ages 3 to 7 preferred)
• Background in school, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
• Ability to manage a diverse early intervention caseload
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• SLPA applicants are welcome with relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain progress documentation and support IEP processes
