Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active and unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP, CCC-SLP, or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered)
• Experience in pediatric or early intervention settings preferred
• School-based and teletherapy experience is a plus
• Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) candidates with relevant school or healthcare experience will be considered
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for young children
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate approach, team spirit, and adaptability to diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized therapy plans targeting students aged 3 to 1st grade
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services, both onsite and via telepractice as appropriate
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support each child’s communication development
• Monitor progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Provide support and mentoring to newly-licensed clinicians or SLPAs
