Rome Health is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to lead our established Hospitalist Program. This position offers a balanced blend of clinical practice and administrative leadership within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 50% clinical and 50% administrative responsibilities
- Competitive compensation of $325,000–$350,000
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Leadership Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative oversight for the Hospitalist Program
- Promote high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care
- Support physician recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, and retention
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and interdisciplinary teams
- Guide quality-improvement, patient-safety, and operational initiatives
- Help shape the continued growth and direction of the program
