Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director. Maintain both hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment, averaging 25 billable hours per week. Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings. Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training: minimum one session per client per month. Ensure client programming is ethical, individualized, and delivered with integrity; make consistent program decisions and conduct overlaps with RBTs. Oversee programming in center‑based and community settings (if applicable). Design and implement treatment plans for assigned clients. Update progress reports for assigned clients. Oversee ABA programs, including initial and ongoing assessments. Direct, lead, and supervise behavior technicians; oversee assigned RBT supervision hours. Stay current on research and best practices. Fill in for therapy as needed. Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community. Assist Clinical Directors with initial assessments as needed. Supervise BACB student supervisees when assigned. Assist with interim care for potential clients as needed. Document all activities according to BACB and funder guidelines. Basic & Essential Functions Lift and carry clients weighing at least 30 pounds. Restrain, hold, transport, and use quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Support Plan with children exhibiting challenging behavior. Assume varied postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending) for extended periods. Walk and chase clients, maintaining a three‑foot distance at all times. Attend to basic needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, and dressing. Have manual dexterity to perform data collection on computer and electronic devices. Have visual acuity for reading written communication through computers, devices, and paper. Transfer written data to electronic files or database systems. Maintain prolonged periods of computer use while seated at a desk or floor. Assemble, clean, and maintain therapy space including toys and furniture. Administer medication to clients. Requirements BCBA or BCBA‑D certification. Licensure in states of practice (where applicable). Valid fingerprint clearance card and TB test prior to employment. Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, reports, and caregivers. Excellent time management and proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately. Detail oriented. Flexible and adaptable to meet team needs across the organization. Integrity and professionalism. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Comfortable operating primarily on MacOS. Proficient with or quick to learn the organization’s technology platforms including CentralReach and Tableau. Must maintain required licensure while employed. Job Type Exempt, Full Time.
