Facilities & Maintenance Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Strong attention to detail: Ensures the property is pristine and well-maintained
- Responsible for ordering supplies and managing facilities projects
- Ensures water temperature, lighting, laundry, and overall cleanliness meet high standards
- Experience in hospitality facility maintenance or commercial maintenance oversight
- Hands-on and proactive problem-solving skills
